L.T. Business Strategy & Management is a UK-based consultancy helping ambitious businesses find where time and money are leaking from their operations, and build the strategy, systems and management to fix it.

We work with two kinds of business.

Established service providers — coaches, consultants, trainers and agencies turning over £10k–£30k a month, who are doing well but want to scale without burning out. They get strategic planning, systems and AI builds, marketing direction and operational support.

And medium-sized businesses with 10 to 80 team members where leadership knows things could run better but can't always pinpoint where. They get the Team & Systems Discovery, a half-day diagnostic that finds the real cause of operational drift, followed by tailored project work to fix it.

Founded by Lisa Tennant, a Strategy & Systems Specialist with a small team bringing 35+ years of combined business experience. Based in Ashbourne in the Peak District, working UK-wide.
