Billie Rose Therapy and Well-Being

I am a qualified counsellor with additional training to work with children and young people and couples in addition to adults. I have achieved accreditation with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) meaning I have met their higher standard as a competent, ethical and independent practitioner.
I provide psychological support in various forms to increase accessibility and encourage people to take action when it comes to their mental health.
Counselling sessions are available online or in person (based in Matlock), additionally I am growing a selection of online self-help courses which can be accessed on demand.
My well-being workshops are great for workplaces, schools and community groups to raise awareness and build confidence around the topic of mental health.
