Alison is the Director of Continuous Improvement at East Midlands Chamber, joining the organisation in January 2022.
Alison is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and is experienced in delivering change programs, having worked in business development roles in both SMEs and large corporate organisations. Alison has also gained a vast array of knowledge having studied at an undergraduate level at both the University of Derby (Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Nottingham Trent University (Leadership and Management Degree).
Alison grew up in Matlock and remains a resident in the Derbyshire Dales.
