Leadership Skills Made Easy – Building High Performing Teams (Buxton)

Duration: One Day Workshop

Key areas covered in this one-day workshop include:

“Leadership is the art of getting somebody else to do something you want done; because he or she want to do it” Dwight D. Eisenhower

As a business owner or frontline manager, it is important to strike a balance between the need to get things done and the need to keep employees motivated and happy. So, as well as knowing your team members on an individual basis, as well as how they interact with each other, you also need to determine the appropriate amount of direction and coaching that is needed in any given situation. Support means different things to different people in different situations.

Teamwork is about everyone working together to achieve a common goal. All team members are clear as to their objectives, how they will be measured and understand that their team is there to support them.

“You can take my factories, burn up my building, but give me my people and I’ll build the business right back again.” Henry Ford

Continue to it all and you will crash and burn at some point, if your business is a success! Understanding when to stop doing something or delegate it, is a very critical stage in your business success.
