China is one of the fastest growing markets and is one of our target markets for our current international campaigns.
This workshop will tell you everything you need to know to make visiting Chinese guests feel welcome.
This one day workshop equips both customer-facing and marketing-oriented individuals with valuable insights into the motivations for China’s outbound tourism and the expectations and needs of Chinese visitors to the UK.
Places are limited to one per business.
The course is delivered by Gary Grieve of Capela China, and is extremely interesting and fascinating, it busts myths and brings this overseas visitor to life, helping us to understand their needs and support them on their holiday.
